This training course addresses the issues and challenges of CRM and consists of three sessions plus an individual workshop:

- Session 2 – An Augmented CRM: Friday, April 10, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Session 3 – A Conscious CRM: Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Industry Focus: TBC
This platform will serve as your logbook throughout the course.
For each session, you will be able to discover the following via this medium:
- The certificate program curriculum
- The speakers you will meet
- The documents covered during the sessions
- Additional content made available to you to explore the concepts we discover together.
